1. PVC material
PVC material is the abbreviation of Poly Vinyl Chloride, and its component is PVC. It is one of the largest plastic products in the world, cheap and widely used. PVC resin is white or light yellow powder, which can not be used alone. Different additives can be added according to different uses. PVC plastic can show different logistics properties and mechanical properties. A variety of hard, soft and transparent products can be made by adding an appropriate amount of plasticizer into PVC resin. The softness, elongation at break and cold resistance of soft PVC will increase, but the brittleness, hardness and tensile strength will decrease.
2. TPU materials
TPU material is the abbreviation of Thermoplastic Urethane, and its Chinese name is thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. TPU is a polymer material formed by the co reaction and polymerization of diisocyanate molecules such as diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and macromolecular polyols and low molecular polyols (chain extenders). TPU is a mature environment-friendly material with outstanding characteristics of high tension, high tension, strength and aging resistance. It has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance, etc. that other plastic materials cannot match. At the same time, it has many excellent functions, such as high water resistance, moisture permeability, wind resistance, cold resistance, antibacterial, mildew resistance, heat preservation, UV resistance, energy release, etc.
3. How do we choose materials?
We will choose the materials according to the customer's product needs, uses, and consumer groups. For example, for swimming circles, floating rafts and other products, PVC materials are lighter and cheaper. We use PVC that complies with the 6P environmental protection standard, and children can use it with ease. TPU material has better tensile, abrasion resistance and resilience, and is superior to PVC in environmental protection and safety performance. The price of TPU material is also higher than that of PVC material. If the TPU is suitable for the product required by the customer, we will recommend the TPU and tell the customer why we recommend it, so as to ensure that the next step can be carried out after communication with the customer.
